Pak United Medical & Education Welfare Association (PUMEWA)

At Pak United Medical & Education Welfare Association (PUMEWA), we are committed to transparency in all financial contributions made to support our welfare, medical, and educational programs.

Donations

All donations made to PUMEWA are considered voluntary contributions toward our humanitarian projects. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical payment errors
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (upon verification)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Full Name
• Transaction ID / Receipt
• Date of Donation
• Reason for Refund Request

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

• Donation was made intentionally
• Funds have already been utilized for welfare programs
• Request is made after the allowed time period
